New Delhi: In the 7/11 Mumbai train blast case, the Bombay High Court acquitted all the 12 accused. Now this decision has been challenged in the Supreme Court. The decision of the Bombay High Court has been challenged by Maharashtra ATS in the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court has agreed to hear the case.

Hearing in the case will be held on Thursday

In CJI bench, SG Tushar Mehta demanded a hearing on the case and said that there is a need to hear soon. CJI said that the case will be heard on Thursday. Explain that on Monday, the Bombay High Court has ordered the acquittal of the accused in the Mumbai train blast case, against which Maharashtra ATS has filed a petition in the Supreme Court and challenged the High Court order.

7/11 Mumbai train blast case is related to suburban rail network in Mumbai on 11 July 2006. There were 7 bombings in 11 minutes, in which 189 people were killed and 827 people were injured. The Bombay High Court ruled in the case on Monday and acquitted 12 accused. This decision has been challenged in the Supreme Court.

What did the High Court say in its decision?

In the 671 -page decision, the High Court said, “Punishment of a real criminal of a crime, curbing criminal activities, maintaining the rule of law and ensuring the safety and safety of the citizens is a solid and necessary step, but to make a false preten to resolve a case, show that the accused have been brought in the courtyard of justice, only a feeling of justice. Such a misleading conclusion not only weakens the public’s trust, but also gives false comfort to the society, while the real danger is still moving free.
