Washington: Pakistan’s Army Chief Aseem Munir has given India a jackal from the US soil. The US has now introduced a clarification amid Munir’s handcuffs. US State Department spokesman Tami Bruce has made a big statement. Bruce has said that there has been no change in America’s relationship with both Pakistan and India and “diplomatic is committed to both countries.” Bruce’s statement came in Florida after a comment by Pakistani Army Chief General Asim Munir in which he allegedly stated that Pakistan could use nuclear weapons to destroy India and “half the world” in the event of a threat to existence.

Bruce mentions the conflict between Pakistan and India

Speaking in the briefing of the State Department, Bruce said, “When there was a struggle between Pakistan and India, our experience was such that it could take a terrible form. Vice President JD Vance, President Donald Trump and Foreign Minister Marco Rubio showed immediate concern and activeness about what was happening.”

What else did Tami Bruce say?

Bruce insisted on the success of diplomatic efforts in preventing the struggle from growing up, saying, “We have told about phone calls and efforts made to stop the attacks, which resolved between the two sides. It is a matter of great pride that Foreign Minister Rubio, Vice President Vance and top leaders of this country were involved in stopping that possible destruction.” He also said that “America’s relations with both countries are unchanged – good. Diplomats are committed to both countries.”

America and Pakistan are talking about terrorism

Regarding the US-Pakistan anti-terrorism dialogue that started in Islamabad on Tuesday, Bruce said, “During the recent talks in Islamabad, the US and Pakistan have reiterated their shared commitment to deal with all forms of terrorism. The US and Pakistan have also discussed ways to increase cooperation to combat terrorist threats.” He said, “For the region and the world, America’s working with both countries is good news and it will promote a future that is beneficial.” (Ani)
