Murder after kidnapping 9 bus passengers in Pakistan, stopped bus going to Lahore and carried out incident

Balochistan News: After stopping a moving bus in Pakistan, the attackers kidnapped 9 passengers and later murdered them. This painful incident took place in the Jhob region of Balochistan. According to Pakistan’s Jio TV, this is a terrible terrorist incident in Balochistan, where a passenger bus going from Kaleta to Lahore was stopped by armed attackers on the N‑40 route. After this, the gunmen examined the identity cards of the passengers in the bus and elected nine male passengers belonging to the Punjab province. He was later murdered.
Dead bodies found 1 hour after kidnapping
Most of the passengers who were kidnapped have been identified as Mandi Bahauddin, Gujranwala and residents of Wazirabad. Within one to one and a half hours after being kidnapped, their bodies were found in the nearest mountainous area under a bridge. All were shot and killed very closely. According to local deputy commissioner Habibullah Musakhel, the number of attackers was around 10 to 12. He also attacked the security forces with rocket-racket-racket grenade (RPG) and automatic weapons and then escaped. The security forces chased, but the attackers are still absconding.
Pakistan government condemns the incident
The Government of Pakistan and the Balochistan administration have termed it a well -planned terrorist attack and strongly condemned it. Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif expressed deep condolences to the families of the deceased and promised to punish the culprits soon. Significantly, the government had already banned the movement of passengers at night on the N‑70 route and imposed standard operational procedures (SOPs) for security. Despite this, such a big lapse is raising serious questions on the security system.
