You have to take about 4 beets for this. 1 cup thick milk is to be taken. 1 cup desi ghee is required and 3/4 cup sugar is to be taken. Now you have to prepare pudding with these things.
Beet pudding recipe
First step- Add ghee to a pan and roast it by adding some finely chopped cashews. After extracting cashew nuts, add grated beetroot in this pan. Cook the beetroot while stirring continuously.
Second step- Now add a little ghee and add all the things to the medium flame. After about 5 minutes, add the creamy thick milk to the pudding and mix. Now cook the pudding till the milk is thick.
Third step- When all things are cooked well, check once whether the beetroot is cooked well or not. When you feel that the beet is cooked, add sugar to it. Add sugar and mix it well.
Fourth step- After adding sugar, cook the pudding for 5 to 7 minutes. Keep stirring the pudding continuously. When the pudding is ready, add 1 teaspoon of ghee and turn off the gas. Decor beet pudding is ready. Garnish it with dry fruits and serve it.
