Shree Mata Vaishno Devi Special Trains: If you wish to have darshan of Mata Vaishno Devi during the festival season, then you have got good news from Northern Railway. For the convenience of railway passengers and to reduce the burden of additional congestion, Northern Railway has decided to run summer special trains between New Delhi – Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra.

These trains will be special trains with AC, sleeper class and general category coaches.
04071/04072 New Delhi-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra-New Delhi Gati Shakti Special Train (02 trips)
04071 New Delhi-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Special Train Date 29.09.2023. It will depart from New Delhi at 11.30 pm and reach Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra at 11:25 pm the next day. In the return direction, 04072 Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra – New Delhi special train will depart from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra at 06.30 pm on 01.10.2023 and reach New Delhi at 6.25 am the next day.
This special train with AC class coaches will stop at Sonipat, Panipat, Karnal, Kurukshetra Junction, Ambala Cantt, Ludhiana, Jalandhar Cantt, Pathankot Cantt, Jammu Tawi and Udhampur (Martyr Captain Tushar Mahajan) stations en route in both directions.
04081/04082 New Delhi-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra-New Delhi Special Train (02 trips)
Train number 04081 New Delhi-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra special train date 30.09.2023. It will leave from New Delhi at 11.30 pm and reach Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra at 11:25 pm the next day. In the return direction, 04082 Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra – New Delhi special train date 02.10.2023. Shri Mata Vaishno Devi will depart from Katra at 06.30 pm and reach New Delhi at 06.25 am the next day.
