New engine, more mileage
The new Dezire will come with a more advanced and best in class engine than the existing Dezire. According to reports, this time the new model will get a new Z-series 3 cylinder engine which will give about 82 hp and 112 Nm torque. This engine will be equipped with 5 speed manual and 5 speed AMT gearbox. The same engine is currently installed in the new Swift as well. This engine in Swift gives a mileage of 26kmpl. In such a situation, it is expected that after installing this engine in Dezire, it can give a mileage of around 25 km per liter to 27 km per liter.

New Desire will come in CNG!
According to reports, Tata is working on a plan to bring the new Dezire to CNG. According to the source, the new Dezire can give a mileage of up to 30 kilometers per kilogram on CNG mode. But while Tata is offering twin CNG tanks in its cars, Maruti Suzuki is still including a big CNG tank in its cars.

6 airbags and ADAS features
Maruti Suzuki will completely focus on safety in the new Dezire. For the first time, 6 airbags will be seen in the new model. ADAS (Advanced Driving Assistance System) safety features can be found in the new Dezire. Hybrid technology may be included for the first time. Apart from this, sunroof can also be available in the new model.

New Dezire will be expensive
Currently, the ex-showroom price of Dezire starts from Rs 6.56 lakh. In such a situation, due to extra and advanced features in the new model, its price may be slightly higher as per the source. In India, this car will compete directly with Honda Amaze and Hyundai Aura.
