New Zealand vs Australia T20I 2025: The New Zealand cricket team has suffered a major setback before the T20 International Series against Australia to be held at home in early October. At the same time, Philips is recovering from a back injury, due to which he had to be out of the Zimbabwe series. His situation will be re -assessed after a month. While Allen has been out for about three months after his right -leg surgery.

While playing The Handed, Santner felt pain in the groin, after which he returned to New Zealand. Santner will have to undergo abdominal surgery, which will take about a month to recover.
