Nitish Kumar Reddy in Legal Trouble for 5 Crore Payment:
The Indian team’s star all -rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy has been booked for fraud of Rs 5 crore. Nitish was part of the five-Test Anderson-Tendulkar trophy of the five-Test matches being played between India and England these days, but was ruled out of the series before the last two matches due to injury.
Now Nitish Reddy, who suffered the pain of injury, got the second blow as Rs 5 crore. In fact, his former sports agency, who managed Nitish, sent a legal notice for not paying him Rs 5 crore and also filed a case.

A report published in insidsports stated that the company named Square The One worked with Nitish from 2021 to the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25. After this, Nitish ended the deal with the agency. Now the agency has claimed that Nitish has not paid an amount of Rs 5 crore.

In the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, Nitish finished his work with the sports agency and on that tour, along with a player present in Team India, along with the manager.
A source was quoted as saying, “90 such cases do not go to court and are resolved among themselves. But in this case, Nitish refused to give any money and claimed that he has got the deal by himself.”
Case hearing on July 28
A legal contest was registered against Nitish on behalf of the agency, which will be heard in the Delhi High Court on 28 July. The petition filed has come under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Reconciliation Act, alleging violation of the Management Agreement and not paying the outstanding amount.
