Easy way to lose weight

For weight loss, it is most important to work hard and change your diet. For weight loss, choose a workout that you enjoy, because only then you can do it for a long time. Recently, a Tunisia student on Instagram has surprised everyone with his weight loss journey. In just 11 months, 22 -year -old Hiba Allah Ayadi has lost 81 kg. Sometimes the weight of Hiba used to be 133.3 kg, which has now come down to 52 kg. Hiba claims that she did not resort to any medicine nor was she hungry and went to the gym. He achieved his desired weight with only healthy diet and walk.

According to Hiba, when she was overweight, she used to get tired of doing small things. He began to realize that now we need to lose weight. Some people believe that keeping the body hungry reduces weight. Whereas without dieting, he has achieved this weight only by making healthy changes in his diet.

Breakfast for weight loss- She eats 3 egg omelets daily for breakfast, which contains a lot of vegetables. A small quarter of the bran takes bread and sometimes coffee, tea or only water. There is no sugar at all.

Lunch full of vegetable and salad- In lunch, she takes a balance diet that contains a small portion of rice, pasta or bread, some protein and vegetables or salad quantities. Apart from this, she also includes a fruit in food.

Dinner is the lightest- Dinner is light. Most tunisian eats salads with soup or eggs. Plain food and low oil, low salt food at night.

Workout with only walk- There is no gym for the rockout, just included the habit of walking. People usually believe that it is necessary to do heavy workouts or exercise in expensive gym to lose weight. But it was not possible for me to spend so much money. So just tried to lose weight by walking on foot. Hiba told that this walk became my therapy. Step by step I reminded myself how to keep myself active by making constant and small efforts. Which helped me to burn calories, keep the mind calm and reduce stress. Similarly, I achieved my target.
