Method of making zero-oil puri:

  4. After half an hour, make dough balls and roll them and prepare the puris. Make Puris in the same way with the remaining flour.

  5. Now turn on the gas and instead of oil in a large pan, add half a pan.

  6. When the water starts boiling, add the puris gently.

  7. Cook the puris in water for about 2 to 3 minutes until they swim above the water.

  8. Boil all the puris in water in the same way and then take it out.

  9. Now keep these boiled puris in the air fryer basket and air fry for 5 minutes at 200 ° C.
