Noida Authority changed the rules of passing the map of building, know new provisions
The Noida Development Authority has now changed the rules of passing the tower map in the plot of group housing in Noida. The new rules are also being strictly followed. Authority officials say that in the new rules, it is necessary to give the consent of two -thirds of the society to the builder. According to Livehindustan news, officials say that under the new change, it has been made mandatory to keep a distance of 5 meters between the five -storey high towers, 10 meters between 10 -storey towers and a maximum of 16 meters between 16 floor towers.
This flaw was found in twin tower
According to the news, the rules were violated in Noida’s Twin Tower. There was less than 9 meters left between tower number-1 and tower number 17. The authority has changed more rules. The authority says that earlier the hidden consent of layout changes from the developers used to take care of the registry at the time of the change, which has now been changed. For this, a format has been made, on which the consent of two -thirds of the flat buyers will have to be taken at the present time.
Rules ignored in many societies
Payments in installments have been made mandatory within 6 months. Earlier this deadline was 18 months old. The Noida Authority says that all the rules are well tested before passing the map. However, people say that towers have been constructed in many group housing societies contrary to the rules. The towers have been constructed separately from the pass map from the authority. Somewhere the height of the towers has been increased, then the place which was shown a green belt, has been erected or commercial property has been constructed. Due to these reasons, sunlight has stopped coming in the flat.
