Mohammed Shami-Hasin Jahan: Team India player Mohammad Shami was directed by the Kolkata High Court that he should give a living allowance of 4 lakhs every month during a legal battle to his ex -wife Haseen Jahan and daughter, in which an amount of two and a half lakh rupees for daughter and one and a half lakh rupees for wife, but Shami’s difficulties have not ended here.

Actually, Haseen Jahan is not happy with a monthly alimony of four lakh rupees. He has also said that again she will knock the door of the court and she is expected to get justice once again.

Mohammed Shami’s tension is going to increase

Actually, according to the Kolkata High Court, Shami has to pay a living allowance of four lakh rupees to Haseen Jahan every month, but now Haseen wants more than not four lakhs but more than this. Talking to the media, Haseen Jahan told that the maintenance amount that has been fixed according to Shami’s status and his income is quite low.

Haseen Jahan said, “We had demanded 10 lakhs, that too 7 years ago, inflation has increased a lot today. The decision of the High Court is a big victory for me. A huge path is open for the further victory”. Haseen Jahan has also claimed that the expenses of his and his daughter’s month are more than 6 lakh rupees.

Hasin Jahan’s lawyer made a big claim

Confirming this, Haseen Jahan’s lawyer Imtiaz Ahmed said that there is every possibility that alimony can be increased to Rs 6 lakh, because Haseen Jahan has claimed Rs 7 lakh regarding his application. If this happens really, then the troubles for Shami can increase even more.

Before marrying Mohammed Shami, Haseen Jahan used to work as a model and cheerleader for Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL. Both of them got married in 2014 after which they both had a daughter. There has been a rift between the two since 2018.
