Note was out of Shubman Gill?
Now the question was whether Bells fell from the ball or wicketkeeper’s gloves. The third umpire saw the replay from several angles. From an angle, it seemed that the ball passed very close to the stump and the ball changed a little direction after hitting the stump. But wicketkeeper Klassen’s hand was also near the stump, making it difficult to decide. After much thinking, third umpire Michael Goff decided that Gill was run out.
Perhaps this decision was correct because both Klassen’s gloves and the ball were near the stump, but the ball changed a little direction. But Shubman Gill felt that Bells fell not by ball but from Klassen’s gloves. After which he got angry and went towards the pavilion. After going to the pavilion, he also argued with the umpire, whose video is becoming increasingly viral.
