Lucknow, 18 October (HS). In Bahraich, the provincial block unit of the Public Works Department has pasted a notice on the house of Abdul Hameed, accused in the recent Ram Gopal murder case. In the notice, the house built on the banks of Maharajganj at Km 38 of Kundasar Mahsi Nanpara main district road has been described as illegal construction. Bahraich District Magistrate Monica Rani told the media on Friday that the Public Works Department has pasted notices on the houses of 25 people including the house of Ram Gopal murder case accused Abdul Hameed. The houses built by encroachment on both sides of the market on Mahsi Nanpara main road will be demolished.

Let us tell you that a year ago, the team of Mahsi SDM and Public Works Department had measured and put red marks on the houses built by encroachment in the market. After the Bahraich violence, a phase of hasty action has started. There is tension since the violence in Maharajganj area. In this violence, a young man named Ram Gopal Mishra died after being shot. Ram Gopal had removed the flag from Abdul Hameed’s house and installed a saffron flag. After this Ram Gopal was shot.
