New Delhi: Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut has objected to the cricket match with Pakistan, stating that inhuman step. He has written Chitti to PM Modi in this regard. In this letter, he wrote that when you say that blood and water cannot flow together, then why is preparation being prepared to play cricket with Pakistan in Asia Cup? Now, will blood and cricket flow together? Sanjay Raut has condemned the move.

Share letter on social media

Sanjay Raut shared his letter on social media X and wrote-Honorable Prime Minister, the blood of Indians killed in Pahalgam attack is not yet dry, and the tears of their families have not stopped yet. Nevertheless, playing a cricket match with Pakistan is inhuman!

Sanjay Raut wrote in his letter-There is news that the Union Sports Ministry has given the green signal to India-Pakistan matches in the Asia Cup cricket tournament. It is very sad for the people of the country. It is clear that this would not be possible without the consent of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Home Affairs.

I am expressing the feelings of patriotic citizens to you:-

  1. You say that the operation vermilion against Pakistan is not over. If the struggle is still going on, then how can we play cricket with Pakistan?
  2. The Pahalgam attack was carried out by a Pakistani terrorist group, which wiped out sindoor of 26 women. Have you considered the feelings of those mothers and sisters?
  3. Has President Trump threatened that if we do not play cricket with Pakistan, they will stop business?
  4. You announced that “blood and water cannot flow together.” Now, will blood and cricket flow together?
  5. Large -scale betting and online gambling are played against Pakistan, which allegedly includes several BJP members. Jai Shah, a prominent person from Gujarat, is currently handling cricket matters. Is the BJP getting any special economic benefit in this?

An insult to the bravery of soldiers

After mentioning these things in his letter, Sanjay Raut further wrote- Honorable Prime Minister, playing cricket with Pakistan is not only an insult to the bravery of our soldiers, but is also an insult to every martyr who sacrificed his life for Kashmir including Shyama Prasad Mukherjee. These matches are happening in Dubai. If they were in Maharashtra, Balasaheb Thackeray’s Shiv Sena would have disrupted them. By prioritizing cricket with Pakistan instead of Hindutva and patriotism, you are despising the feelings of the countrymen. Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) condemns your decision.
