NSDL IPO to Open on July 30: The initial public issue (IPO) of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) will open on 30 July. According to the IPO document, it will be concluded on 1 August. Big (anchor) investors will be able to bid for this on 29 July. The IPO is based on a sales offer (OFS) of 5.01 crore shares and will not be issued new shares in it.

IPO size around Rs 4,000 crore: The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), State Bank of India (SBI), HDFC Bank, IDBI Bank, Union Bank of India and Administrators of Specified Undertaking of Unit Trust of India (SUUTI) are selling their shares. Market sources have estimated the size of the IPO around Rs 4,000 crore.
ICICI Securities, Axis Capital, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India), IDBI Capital Markets and Securities, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors and SBI Capital Markets are the manager of this issue. (Language)
