Nusrat Bharucha recently appeared in the horror film ‘Chori 2’. Meanwhile, Nusrat recalled his struggle of college time. She told that she used to take full day in just 8 days during college days. She used to fill her stomach by drinking water to save money.

Talking with Bollywood bubble, Nusrat Bharucha said, I am not very good in managing finance, but not too bad. Long ago I had decided how much I would spend in a month. My basic needs and whatever then left, it goes into automatic investment and savings.

The actress said, I am not a superduman. I feel scared. My father is now close to 70 years old, mother is 62 and my grandmother is 92 years old. They all depend on me. I need backup, need money that God does not, when something happens.

Recalling college days, Nusrat said, the family has suffered a very financial crisis, and she herself has suffered it. When I used to go to Jai Hind College from Juhu … At that time my father was struggling with financial crisis, because he was cheated in his business. Therefore, I used to avoid spending their money.

Nusrat said, I have spent 90 percent days of my entire college for just 8 rupees. I used to spend only 8 rupees every day. And that too used to be spent in traveling. I used to leave the house, catch the number 231 bus from Juhu to Santa Cruz station, its fare was 4 rupees.

He said, Papa had built the railway pass, it did not have to pay for it. Churchgate descended, college would go on foot, lived there all day. The same route back in the evening. 4 rupees for leaving and 4 rupees for coming, total 8 rupees. Only water was free in Jai Hindi College, so whenever I felt hungry, I would drink water. And it was not that my father did not give me money, but it was my consciousness.

Nusrat told that whenever she went out with friends and she used to order food, she would save the money. She herself did not order food. Nusrat Bharucha told that she used to drink only water there and no one knew that she was hungry.
