Pooja Muhurta: Between 04:15 to 05:37.
Amrit Kaal: Between 08:32 to 10:02 in the morning.

Chaturdashi Tithi: Until midnight 02:28 (July 24).

But Shivaratri, falling on Krishna Chaturdashi of Phalgun month, is called Mahashivratri, which is celebrated with great heartfelt and devotion. Shivaratri is also called Bodhotsav Day. That is, a festival in which we have our own sense that we are also part of Shiva, they are under their protection.

Method of Shiva Puja:

Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati are worshiped during the fast of Shivaratri.
On the day of Shivaratri, take a pledge to fast in the morning by bathing in the morning.
After that, install the idol of Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati by installing them.
Then offer milk, flowers, dhatura etc. on the Shivling. Offer betel nut, panch nectar, coconut and bell leaves to Shiva with chanting. Offer sixteen makeup to Mata Parvati ji.
After this, light incense, sesame oil lamp and incense sticks in front of them.
After this, chant ॐ Namah Shivaya Mantra.
At the end of the puja, recite Shiva Chalisa and Shiva Aarti.
Distribute the offerings as soon as the worship is over.
It is necessary to listen to the story of Shivaratri fast after Shiva Puja.
The faster should eat food once a day.
Pray Lord Shiva twice a day (morning and evening).
In the evening, after the end of worship, open the fast and eat normal food.
