Ingredients for broccoli rice:

Broccoli, cheese 150 grams, garlic – 4/5, water half cup, oil, vine chilli – 2 tablespoons, capsicum – 2 tablespoons, boiled corn – 3 tablespoons, salt – taste, pepper – 1/2 teaspoon, red chilli, parsley – 1 tun.

How to make broccoli rice:

  • First step: First of all wash the broccoli and then cut it. Now turn on the gas and add it to the boiling water and add salt. Turn off the gas when it becomes bail. Now take cheese pieces, 3-4 garlic, boiled broccoli and half a cup of water in a grinder and grind it and make a smooth paste and keep it aside.

  • Second step: Now, heat oil in a pan, add red yellow capsicum, capsicum, boiled corn, salt and pepper powder and fry for 2-3 minutes. Now add a smooth mixture of broccoli cheese and cook for 3-4 minutes.

  • Third step: Boil the rice up to 90% and keep it aside. Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp of oil. Add peri peri masala, half a teaspoon red chillies, half a teaspoon of organo and fresh coriander. Now add boiled rice, add salt and mix well. Now, put the gravy of broccoli cheese on top of it. Add a little grated paneer over it and sprinkle peri peri masala over it. Your broccoli is ready for rice serving.
