Operation Sindhu- 290 more citizens from Iran reach India

A total of 1,117 Indians have been evacuated so far under Operation Indus amidst Iran-Israel struggle. Another plane from Mashhad reached New Delhi with 290 citizens at 11:30 pm on Saturday night. Earlier, 310 citizens reached the capital at 4.30 pm.

On June 20, 407 Indians returned in 2 batch at night. The flight at 10:30 pm returned 290 people, including 190 Kashmiri students. Among them were people from Delhi, Haryana, Karnataka and West Bengal. There were 117 people in the flight at 3 o’clock in the late night.

On June 19, 110 students reached India via Armenia and Doha. These passengers, who reached Delhi from Iran, raised slogans of ‘Vande Mataram’ and ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ at the airport. Some people were also emotional. He had tears in his eyes. Some bowed on the ground.

Fatima- I am very grateful to Prime Minister Modi. Now I am feeling peace by coming back to my country. It is very happy to come back to your homeland.
Eliya Batul- My family was very upset. We came here and got relaxed. Thank you very much to the Government of India. We did not have any problem there, because our embassy supported us a lot.
Syed Mansoor Hussain- Everyone came to the land of Mother India and decorated it. Thank you very much to the Government of India. I love India.
