“Operation Sindoor” shattered Pakistan’s pride, Ishaq Dar again offers talks with India
Ishaq Dar, Pakistan Foreign Minister.
Islamabad: No matter how much Pakistan tries to hide, but in some form or the other, it is revealed that Operation Sindoor has shattered all the pride of Pakistan. This can also be gauged from the fact that Pakistan is desperate to talk to New Delhi since the attack of India. Other leaders, including Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, have offered talks in front of India more than half a dozen times. This time Pakistan Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has again offered a new conversation with India on Friday.
What did Ishaq Dar say
Pakistan Foreign Minister Dar said that Pakistan is ready for overall dialogue in a respectable and dignified manner on all pending issues, especially Kashmir issue with India. He also clarified that Pakistan is in favor of peace and stability and prioritizes creative talks to reduce tension in the region. Dar said, “We want a dialogue with India that is based on mutual respect and in which all important issues can be discussed meaningful.”
India has suspended Indus Water Treaty
India has also suspended the Indus Water Treaty since the terrorist attack on 22 April in Pahalgam. Due to this, Pakistan is craving for water drop. To avenge Pahalgam, India had destroyed 9 terrorist bases of Pakistan on the night of 6-7 May in the missile attack. At least 100 Pakistani terrorists were killed in this attack. After this, there was a struggle between India and Pakistan for 3 days. Again India destroyed the 11 Army base of Pakistan in a missile attack. After this, Pakistan came to the knees and started pleading with India for a ceasefire. Since then there has been a stagnation in India-Pakistan relations. Meanwhile, there has also been a decrease in diplomatic contacts.
India is not giving lift
Earlier, Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has also requested to hold talks with India several times. But India is not giving a lift to Pakistan. Pakistan has often recommended countries like America and UAE to persuade India to interact.
