Opposition specializes in hitting an ax on his leg: Modi
The NDA parliamentary party met at the Parliament House complex in Delhi on Tuesday. In this, NDA MPs honored PM Narendra Modi on the success of Operation Sindoor and Operation Mahadev. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh defeated PM. MPs raised slogans of ‘Har-Har Mahadev’, ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’.
According to media reports, the PM said in his address to the MPs, ‘The opposition made a mistake by demanding a discussion on Operation Sindoor in Parliament. He got upset in this. The opposition specializes in hitting an ax on its leg. Opposition should hold such discussions every day, we are expert in this field.
The Prime Minister said, ‘People are being misled on the issue of voters list revision in Bihar. The people of the country are watching everything. The PM also praised Amit Shah and said that he is now the longest serving Union Home Minister.
In the meeting of NDA MPs, a resolution was also passed unanimously on the success of Operation Sindoor. It said that there was justice through military power and strong leadership. India neither forgets nor forgives terrorism.
First meeting of NDA MPs after monsoon session starts
PM Modi also met new MPs in the parliamentary party meeting. It was mandatory for the BJP and all the MPs of all its allies to attend the meeting. MPs were given a book titled ’11 years, 11 big decisions’ on the 11 -year tenure of the NDA government.
This was the first meeting of NDA MPs during the monsoon session of Parliament, which began on July 21. At the same time, this was the second meeting of NDA MPs during a Parliament session after a third return to the Center in June 2024.
What is Operation Sindoor and Operation Mahadev?
26 people were killed in a terrorist attack on 22 April in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. In response, India launched Operation Sindoor on May 7 at half past one. The army released an official statement on social media at 1:51 pm and said- justice was done. Also shared a photo of Operation Sindoor.
Under Operation Sindoor, India had destroyed 9 terrorist hideouts in Pakistan. Many airbase of Pakistan also attacked in the conflict till May 10. More than 100 terrorists were killed. On July 28, three senior commanders of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LET), who attacked Pahalgam, were killed in an encounter named Operation Mahadev in Srinagar.
