Pune, 8th November 2024: The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has launched a significant affordable housing project, offering 4,883 flats at Peth No. 12 and 792 flats at Peth Nos. 30-32, all equipped with essential facilities. Applications are now open for the remaining 1,337 flats, with over 3,000 individuals already having registered online.
Previously, lots for these flats were drawn, and 47 flats in the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana are still available at Peth No. 12. Registration for the 1,337 flats at Peth Nos. 30-32 began on 11th October 2024, which includes 347 EWS flats (1 RK) and 329 Low-Income Group (LIG) flats (1 BHK). As of today, 3,085 people have submitted online applications, with the application deadline set for 12th November 2024.
Dr. Yogesh Mhse, Metropolitan Commissioner of PMRDA, has urged aspiring applicants to seize this golden opportunity by completing their online applications before the deadline.
