Himanshi, wife of martyred Lieutenant Vinay Narwal, martyred in the Pahalgam terrorist attack, is having a dispute over the statement on Muslim and Kashmiri people.
On May 1, Himanshi had said- The way people are speaking against Muslims and Kashmiris after the incident, it should not happen. We want justice. Those who did wrong should be punished.
Himanshi was trolled after the statement. People also abused him. He was also asked to shoot. On Monday, the National Commission for Women (NCW) came in support of Himanshi and AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi came.
The Commission said- Trolling a woman on the basis of her expression is wrong. Trolling Himanshi for a statement of him is wrong and unfortunate. It is unacceptable to troll a woman’s personal life.
Owaisi also supported Himanshi
Himanshi has also received support from All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi and thousands of others on social media. Owaisi asked the government to remember the words of Himanshi amid reports of targeting Kashmiris in some states.

On Himanshi’s statement, a X user had said- Himanshi wants to move forward socially and politically, so she is taking advantage of the opportunity.
One wrote- Himanshi should have been shot. At the same time, some people said that after the attack, how can she look so normal in the video, she never appeared in shock.
Another user wrote- It seems that it was a conspiracy to him. Security agencies should investigate. This is not secularism. This is to openly support Islamic terrorists.
