Washington DC: Former Pentagon officer and senior Fellow Michael Rubin of the American Enterprise Institute has spoken on tension between India and Pakistan. He said in a statement, “The United States has named individual terrorist groups like Lashkar-e-Taiba, but we have not declared Pakistan the sponsor state of terror itself. Now the time has come to stop nominating the octopus net and nominate its head. The United States should clearly support India. The work of any democratic leader is to protect its citizens.”

Pakistan is a gun on its minorities

He said, “Aseem Munir argued that Hindus and Muslims should not be able to live together. However, the truth is that they successfully live together in India. In Pakistan, they are no longer able to live together successfully, the only reason for this is that Pakistan has systematically expelled its minorities. Every time when Pakistan fails in an internal form in the case of corruption, economy, society or its leadership, the government has failed in the country. There is a gun on their minorities to divert the attention of Pakistani people.

Pakistan supported terrorism

Michael Rubin further said, “Pakistan started the struggle by supporting terrorism. Although I was initially critical for the fact that Prime Minister Modi took so much time to reply, but it is clear that the Indian Army was making careful planning and the Indian Army has shown itself more competent. Pakistan is running away to save its reputation. When you are in the pit, stop digging. The diplomatic solution of this issue can be only one measure.
