Pakistan will make close relations with America at the price of China? What do experts say

Pakistan, China and America Relations
Beijing: US President Donald Trump recently invited Pakistan Army Chief Asim Munir to the White House. During this, Munir also had lunch with Trump. Now, if seen on the top, it seems that the relations between Pakistan and America are very strong. But, it has a big screw in it. The question is, what will be the situation if Pakistan has to choose one of China and America. This has been answered by Chinese experts.
After America, Munir visits China
China’s strategic experts say that Pakistan understands the boundaries of Trump’s strategy to control the global influence of China. Last month, Pakistan’s Army Chief General Aaseem Munir made his first official visit to China after taking over as ‘Field Marshall’. His visit took place soon after a five -day visit to Washington, where he attended a private banquet with Trump. The meeting was concluded by Trump’s announcement to increase US-Pakistan cooperation in various fields, including the oil deal. According to a recent article by ‘Economist’, General Munir’s visit to America is a symbol of a change in the US foreign policy which will affect not only India, but also China and West Asia.
Munir did not meet President Xi Jinping
During his stay in Beijing, General Munir met Vice President Han Zheng, Foreign Minister Wang Yi and senior members of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA). However, he did not meet President Xi Jinping. This is completely different from his predecessor General Qamar Javed Bajwa, who met Xi Jinping during his visit to China in 2018.
China has its concerns
The official statements of Munir’s meetings emphasized diplomatic etiquette and confirmed strong bilateral relations. However, China’s perception of Trump-Munir’s relationship is still unclear, especially when Trump is adamant on its clear strategy to prevent China’s rise as a global power. China has its own concerns given the investment made for decades in promoting evergreen relations with Pakistan.
What do experts say
Two senior strategic experts from China first underlined China’s perspective on the emerging new America-Pakistan strategic perspective in a comprehensive context of Trump’s geopolitical strategy in a conversation with ‘PTI-language’. “Pakistan will not develop his relations with America at the expert of his relations with Hu Sheeshang at the ‘China Institute of Content of Contemporary International Relations’.” Pakistan will not develop its relations with America at the expense of its relations with China. “Hu, who is considered an expert in South Asian politics, said,” Pakistan, trump will not be so easily in the trump. “
‘Trump’s temptation can cause problems’
Jesse Wang, a researcher at ‘Huaxia South Asia Economic and Cultural Exchange Center of China’, said, “If seen, this temptation of Trump may seem to be a problem for China but in fact it cannot affect the structural stability of China-Pakistan relations.” He said, “American intervention has created short-term geopolitical movement, but it has made a short-term geopolitical movement,” The foundation is unlikely to move. ”
‘Pakistan’s lifeline is related to China’
Wang said, “Earning profits from both sides for Pakistan” is a rational option, but its safety and infrastructure lifestyles are deeply connected to China and there has been no change in strategic balance. “Both argued that the China-Pakistan relations are so deep that it will be so deep that it will be difficult for Pakistan to make a similar relationship.
