PCB made serious allegations against organizers

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has taken a big step after India refused to play two matches against Pakistan in WCL 2025. The PCB has announced that it will not participate in the WCL tournament in the future. The decision was taken at the emergency virtual meeting of the recently held Board of Governors. The PCB made serious allegations against the tournament organizers, saying that the way the situation was handled after India’s boycott, partiality and hypocrisy are clearly reflected.

The PCB said that despite India withdrawn from group stage and semi -finals, the organizers distributed points to both teams, which are against the sportsmanship. The PCB said in its official statement, “This decision was not taken on the basis of cricketing merit but to satisfy a particular nationalist thinking, which gives a wrong message to the international sports community.”
