Islamabad: Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif once again reiterated his desire to interact with India, saying that the two sides should sit together and solve all issues including Kashmir, water and terrorism. Sharif made this comment while addressing the Pakistan-Tukiya-Ajarbaijan tripartite summit in Lachin, Azerbaijan. President Rechup Tayyip Erdogan and Ilham Aliyev also attended this conference.

Sharif is constantly making statements

This was the second statement of Shahbaz to emphasize the talks between India and Pakistan. Earlier, Sharif said in Tehran on Monday that he is ready to talk with India to ‘resolve all controversies’. India has made it clear that it will only talk with Pakistan on the return of Pakistan -occupied Kashmir and the issue of terrorism.

Sharif is chanting peace

There are issues that need immediate attention and should be resolved through dialogue. “He said,” I have said politely that we want peace in the area and should talk on issues that need immediate attention, this issue is the issue of Kashmir which is according to the United Nations and Security Council resolutions and the aspirations of the people of Kashmir. ”

What else did Sharif say

Sharif said, “I have said seriously that if India wants to talk honestly for the purpose of combating terrorism, Pakistan is ready to talk to India on this issue too.” Sharif also expressed her desire to resume trade with India. He also criticized India’s decision to postpone the Indus Water Treaty and said that it is a lifeline for the people of Pakistan for their agricultural use, drinking water and many other purposes.

India responded to terrorist attack

The tension between India and Pakistan increased after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on 22 April last. 26 people lost their lives in the attack. On the night of 6 May, India made accurate attacks on the terrorist structure in Pakistan and Pakistan -occupied Kashmir under the ‘Operation Sindoor’. After this, Pakistan tried to attack Indian military bases on 8, 9 and 10 May. The Indian side strongly responded to Pakistani actions. On May 10, it was agreed to stop military actions after negotiations between the Director General of Military Operations of the two sides. (Language)
