Passenger van attacked in Pakistan, 38 killed
Islamabad. A passenger van has been attacked in Khyber Pakhtukhwa province of Pakistan. 38 people have died in this attack. Apart from this, many people are also injured. The incident took place in Kurram Valley of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The van was going from Peshawar towards Kurram. According to Kurram DPO, the injured have been admitted to the hospital.
Earlier on Tuesday night, there was a suicide attack on an army post in Bannu district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. 12 Pakistani soldiers were killed in this attack. Six terrorists were also killed there.
While giving information, the media wing of Pakistani Army had said that the terrorists rammed the vehicle into the wall of the check post and detonated the explosive kept in it. 12 soldiers were killed after being hit by the blast. In retaliation, the army also killed 6 terrorists.
There was an attack in Balochistan five days ago
On November 16, an army post was attacked in Pakistan’s western province of Baluchistan. In this attack, 7 soldiers of Pakistani security forces were killed. The militant Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) took responsibility for the attack. 40 to 50 Baloch insurgents were involved in the attack. During this, Baloch rebels opened fire on the army post. Apart from the death of 7 soldiers, 15 soldiers were also injured in the attack.
