Trains started crawling on the roads. People were seen shying away from home to meet everyday needs. With the help of umbrellas and raincoats, all the roads came to light. Meanwhile, the elderly and children faced trouble. There was waterlogging in place when there was rain. In such a situation, there was a jam and the traffic system was affected. In NIT, Old Faridabad, Ballabhgarh, people were troubled by waterlogging in many places. By the way, there was rain on Tuesday too.
After a day, now on Thursday, the situation of the city worsened. Jawahar Colony was flooded with one number, two number, three numbers, five numbers. There was waterlogging at many places in the Textiles Colony, Jawahar Colony Block B, Saran Road, Nangla Road, Bhadana Chowk, Sector-22, and Sanjay Colony. Vehicles ran at a slow pace due to waterlogging at many places including the national highway. The condition of NIT Dabua Colony Sabzi Mandi and Ballabhgarh bus stand complex was also bad. Here the Municipal Corporation has not been able to arrange water drainage for years. If there was no rain for the last few days, it was hot once again. Now people felt relief from the humid heat due to rain.
There were 10 complaints of waterlogging in the municipal corporation. Complaints reached in the control room of the corporation were sent to the junior engineer of the respective ward. There is a continuous improvement in the case of waterlogging. There is no waterlogging like roads and drains before cleaning. Municipal Corporation Superintending Engineer Ombir Singh says that if a complaint comes from any area, then immediately it is removed. Now for the convenience of the people, a control room has been set up at the Municipal Corporation headquarters. People can also complain to the ward office. As soon as the complaint comes, it is removed.
