According to the Authority website, you will have to pay Rs 5500 plus GST for browser. To participate in this scheme, a processing fee of Rs 25000 will have to be paid Plus GST. This amount will be non -refundable. In this scheme, only the registered trust, registered society or registered company can apply. 10% amount will have to be paid at the time of application
The plot will have to deposit 10% of the total price at the time of Ovdan. Along with this, processing fees and GST will also have to be paid. On the allocation of the plot, 40% amount will have to be paid within 90 days. The remaining 60% amount will have to be paid in 4 half -yearly installments. Interest will be charged at the rate of 10.5%. If the installment is not repaid on time, then 3% of the very vacant interest will be charged. The site of the plot for nursery school and crush is 1000 to 1400 square meters. The interview work of 3 years of plot allocation will have to be completed.
