PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana: The central and state governments are running many great schemes to provide financial assistance to the farmers in the country and to secure their future at the economic level. In this context, a few years ago the Central Government had started a very wonderful scheme. The name of this scheme is Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the Government of India is providing financial assistance of Rs 6,000 every year to the poor farmers of the country.

Today, crores of farmers of the country are taking advantage of this ambitious scheme of the Government of India. Till now the government has released a total of 18 installments of this scheme. On October 5, the Central Government had released the 18th installment of this scheme in Washim district of Maharashtra.
