Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday addressed a joint session of Trinidad and Tobago Parliament. During this, while speaking in Parliament, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that when he read the words written on the chair of the speaker, he became emotional. On which it was written, ‘For the people of Tinidad and Tobago on behalf of the people of India’. He said that the chair of the speaker is not just a piece of furniture. It represents friendship, faith and strong democratic bond between the two countries. PM Modi said during this time, ‘I realized emotionality by reading this, which reflects the relationship of trust and friendship between the two countries.

She proudly call herself daughters of diaspora. He is proud of his Indian heritage. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, ‘Democracy for us Indians is not just a political model but it is a way for us to live life. There are some members in this Parliament whose ancestors came from the state of Bihar in India, which is the land of Mahajanapadas – ancient republics.
