New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has left for China to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit after completing a two -day visit to Japan. During the visit to Japan, 13 major agreements and announcements were finalized and many initiatives were announced. Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba welcomed PM Modi with full warmth. At the same time, Prime Minister Narendra Modi handed over a unique gift to the PM of Japan. He presented a gift to a large brown Moonstone Bowl with four small bowls and silver chopsticks.

It comes in hand-painted paper-Mache box, on which flowers and birds are adorned, which increase its beauty and cultural value. Shawls and boxes together represent Kashmir’s artistry, heritage and timeless elegance.

During PM Modi’s visit, India and Japan announced the introduction of several transformational initiatives. The Prime Minister wrote on the social media forum ‘X’, “This journey to Japan will be remembered for the useful results that will benefit the people of our country. I (Japan’s) Prime Minister (Shigeru) thanks Ishiba, the Japanese people and the government for their warmth. A day before this, India and Japan pledged to deepen cooperation in the field of important technology. Modi reached Sendai by bullet train with his Japanese counterpart Ishiba. Sendai is located at a distance of more than 300 km from Tokyo. Prime Minister Ishiba hosted the afternoon in honor of Modi in Sandai, which also attended the Governor of Miyagi province and other dignitaries.
