PM Modi’s post congratulating Trump goes viral, gets more than 10.6 million views in a few hours
New Delhi, 6 November (IANS). Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Donald Trump for his victory in the US presidential elections. PM Modi shared four pictures with Trump on social media platform X on Wednesday. The special thing is that PM Modi’s post has become popular on social media.
Within a few hours, this post of PM Modi has been seen by more than 10.6 million people, in which the special friendship between the two leaders is visible. In the first picture, PM Modi and Trump are seen hugging.
The second photo that Prime Minister Modi has shared on X Post is from the time when the then US President Trump had visited India and PM Modi himself had reached the airport to welcome him.
The third picture is of PM Modi’s American tour. The fourth photo is of PM Modi and Donald Trump at the G7 summit held in France in 2019. A special bonding is visible between PM Modi and Trump in these photos.
Congratulating Trump on his victory in the US presidential election, PM Modi wrote on Instagram, “Hearty congratulations to my friend Donald Trump on his historic election victory. Like the successes of your previous term, I am looking forward to India-America’s broader global and Look forward to taking our cooperation forward to further strengthen our strategic partnership. Let us work together for the welfare of our people, global peace, stability and prosperity.”
Earlier, Donald Trump announced his victory while addressing supporters in Florida. Trump described the victory as America’s ‘Golden Age’. “This is a tremendous victory for the American people that will give us the opportunity to make America great again,” the Republican nominee said.
In his address, Trump thanked his wife Melania and called her First Lady. He said, “Melania did a great job. She works very hard to help people.” He also thanked his ‘wonderful children’. According to media reports, Trump described billionaire businessman Elon Musk as the “new star” of the Republican Party.
Let us tell you that Musk, the owner of social media platform X, had openly supported the former President in this election. Trump called him a ‘wonderful’ person.
