According to a website named DownDetector.com, which tracks online service problems, about 14 thousand users are facing problems in running Netflix. This problem is not everywhere, some users are able to run Netflix. But in many areas, users are facing difficulty in running Netflix. It is not yet clear what is the reason for this problem and Netflix has also not given any information about it yet.

According to Downdetector.com, about 13,895 reports were filed when the problem was at its peak. Now this figure has come down to around 5,100. Maximum 86% users are facing problem in video streaming. About 10% of the users are having trouble connecting to the server and 4% of the users are having trouble logging in. This problem has come to light in India also. More than 1,200 reports were filed till 9.30 pm. Most of these reports (84%) were about problems with video streaming. The remaining (10%) reports were related to the app and (8%) to the website.
