But today we are telling you how to make delicious sauce from peanuts and curd. You can easily eat this chutney with roti, paratha, rice or South Indian food like idli, dosa and uttapam. Peanut and curd chutney recipe

First step- To make this sauce, you can take raw peanuts or also use peanuts by lightly roasting. If you are using raw peanuts, soak the peanuts in water for 1-2 hours. If you roast and use it, fry the peanuts without oil and remove the sprinkle by rubbing it by hand.

Second step- We are using wet peanuts. Soak about 1 handful of peanuts in water and then wash it with clean water and put it in the jar of the grinder. Now add 2 tablespoons of fresh curd to it. Add 8-10 curry leaves, a little green coriander and 1-2 green chili to the chutney.

Third step- Add salt, cumin and 1 bud garlic to the sauce as per taste. Now grind all the things well. Take out the prepared chutney in a bowl. Now prepare a temper for chutney. For this, take a pan or span and add mustard oil to it. Now add mustard seeds, curry leaves and 1-2 whole dry red chili.

Fourth step- Mix this tempering in the prepared peanut chutney. Mix all the things well. Ready is ready by becoming a very tasty chutney. You can eat it with idli, dosa or bread and rice with anyone.
