Due to the commotion, the villagers gathered and beat up the peon. The young police arrived on information and caught him. He was in police custody till late night.
Laxman Singh is posted as the headmaster of the junior high school located in Gram Panchayat Sumera of development block Jawan. Sachin, a peon of the Basic Education Department, reached his school and started slapping him as soon as he asked the name of the headmaster. Due to the commotion, nearby people and villagers ran towards the school. Seeing this, Sachin tried to run away, but the villagers caught him and beat him severely. The villagers informed 112 about this. Young police reached the spot and caught Sachin. Police is taking action against Sachin for breach of peace. Basic Education Officer Dr. Rakesh Kumar Singh said that in the Basic Education Department, these days information about the attendance of students in schools and monitoring of MDMs is being taken from the control room. Employees have been deployed in the control room regarding this. Who provide information every day. When employee Sachin asked for information from the headmaster of Sumera, he started abusing.
It is wrong for a peon to enter the school and slap the headmaster. The organization will strongly oppose this. A complaint will also be made to higher authorities regarding this.
