Putin is likely to come to China to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit in Tianjin at the end of August. He said that the overall strategic partnership of Russia-China will remain unchanged under any circumstances. The SCO summit will be held from 31 August to 1 September. After this, Putin will watch China’s huge military parade in Beijing on 3 September, which is to celebrate the 80th anniversary of China’s victory in the Japanese invasion and the World Anti-Fascist War.
