Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, on Friday, took a sarcasm at him over the developed Bharat Yojana announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and alleged that he did not have any new idea and will not only get employment to the youth. Rahul Gandhi shared a written question and a copy of his answer during the monsoon session of Parliament. Rahul Gandhi posted on ‘X’, “Jumla of one lakh crore rupees – season 2. Even after 11 years, the same old jumla of Modi ji, the same figures.” He said that last year one lakh crore internship was promised and this year a job scheme of one lakh crore rupees was promised again.

The former Congress president claimed, “What is the truth? On my question in Parliament, the government admitted that less than 10 thousand internships took place. The remuneration was so low that 90 percent of the youth refused.” He alleged, “Modi ji has no new idea left now. This government will not get employment, not only employment.” Prime Minister Modi, while addressing the country from the ramparts of the Red Fort on the occasion of 79th Independence Day, announced the “Pradhan Mantri Developed India Scheme”, under which the youth who get the first job in the private sector will be given an incentive amount of Rs 15,000, a provision of Rs 1 lakh crore has been made under this scheme and about 3.5 crore youth will benefit.

Meanwhile, the BJP criticized Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha for not attending the official Independence Day celebrations held at the Red Fort on Friday and said that the main opposition party had touched a new low level of insulting the country by “boycotting” the program. BJP national spokesperson Shahzad Poonawala alleged that with this the Congress proved that it is not the Indian National Congress but ‘Islamabad National Congress’ or ‘Italian National Congress’.
