Congress MP and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi has got a big relief. The Allahabad High Court has disposed of the petition filed on Rahul Gandhi’s citizenship, that is, the matter has been abolished. Let me tell you that earlier the court had given a clear report giving 10 days to the central government, in which the government had to tell whether Rahul Gandhi is an Indian citizen or not. The petitioner got this big discount

Allahabad High Court Lucknow Bench has given a big relief to Rahul Gandhi and disposed of a petition challenging his citizenship. However, the High Court has given a special discount to the petitioner S Vignesh Shishir with this decision. The court has said that it can adopt other legal alternative measures in this case.

Central government is unable to tell any time limit- court

On Monday, a bench of Justice AR Masudi and Justice Rajiv Singh of Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court said that the central government is not able to tell any time limit to resolve the complaint of the petitioner. In such a situation, there is no justification for keeping this petition under consideration. The court asked the petitioner that it is free to adopt another alternative legal measures.

According to the PTI, according to PTI, the petitioner claimed that he has some e-mails of the British government along with all the documents that prove that Rahul Gandhi is a British citizen. The petitioner had said that Rahul Gandhi is not eligible to contest elections in India and at the same time he cannot become a Lok Sabha member. The petitioner had demanded that a case be registered by the CBI in this case and an inquiry should also be conducted.
