The Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train project is continuously moving slowly. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav on Tuesday informed in a latest update regarding the construction of this project that the construction of 300 km bridge has been completed. For the first time in India, full span launching method has been used in India. Earlier, using the advanced track slab laying car, pre -track slab setups were made to ensure a stable base for high -speed train operations. This reflects continuous progress in the construction of India’s first bullet train corridor.

Construction of Vadodara bullet train station continues

Construction work of bullet train station in Vadodara is also going on continuously. According to the news, this station, located close to the existing railway station and Central Bus Depot, will provide uninterrupted access to several transport options, which will increase connectivity and passenger facilities. Also, the work of BKC station in BKC station Mumbai of Bullet Train is also going on fast. It will be built over the multistory building. It has 3 basements. It is becoming a world class station. Tunnel work is also happening fast.

Train will run at speed up to 320 km/h

With more than Rs 1 lakh crore investment on a 508 km long track from Ahmedabad, the work of the country’s first bullet train is running at a fast pace. Civil construction work on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train project is moving fast. Steel bridges for the project have been designed and constructed under the ‘Make in India’ initiative to support up to 320 km/h.

After starting from Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) region, high-speed train running at a speed of 320 km/h will revolutionize inter-city travel in the region and integrate the economies of Mumbai, Vapi, Surat, Anand, Vadodara and Ahmedabad. It will stop in 10 cities in the middle, such as Thane, Virar, Boisar, Vapi, Bilimora, Surat, Bharuch, Vadodara, Anand, Ahmedabad and Sabarmati.
