Major changes in the rules of Emergency quota.

The Railway Ministry has said that people will have to present an emergency quota request at least one day before the departure of the train. What did the Railways say in their instructions?
A circular related to the change in the rules of Emergency Quota has been issued by the Ministry of Railways on Tuesday. This circular states- “Emergency quota i.e. emergency quota request for all trains leaving between 10 am and 1 pm should reach the emergency cell by 12 noon before the journey.”
The circular issued by the Ministry of Railways further states- “All the remaining train leaving between 14:01 pm and 12:59 pm should reach the emergency cell from 16:00 pm a day before the emergency quota request journey.”
Why has this decision been taken?
In fact, this change in the rules of emergency quota tickets by the Railways has taken this change in view of the recently taken in which it has been decided to prepare a reservation chart eight hours before the train leaves.
Railways have made these changes recently
The Railway Board had proposed to prepare the reservation chart of the train 8 hours in place of 4 hours. For trains that departed before 14:00 pm, the chart was said to be prepared at 21:00 pm last day. Apart from this, there was also talk of changing the passenger reservation system from the railway. Tatkal ticket booking rules have changed since 1 July. Now only verified users can book Tatkal tickets. (input language)
