Other accused also got transit remand
The other 4 other accused in the Raja Raghuvanshi murder case were also presented at the magistrate’s bungalow on Monday. His names are Raj Kushwaha, Akash Rajput, Vishal Chauhan and Anand. Along with the Indore Crime Branch, the Meghalaya Police also reached the magistrate’s bungalow where magistrate Shashank Singh handed over the four accused to the Meghalaya Police on 7 -day transit remand. The Shillong police will take the accused together.
What was revealed in the case?
According to the information given by the police, Raja Raghuvanshi and Sonam married on May 11. On May 20, he went out for a holiday and reached Shilong via Guwahati. On May 23, the couple had the last conversation with their family. After this, both of them lost contact. The family then contacted the Indore police. When investigation was done, the body of King Raghuvanshi was recovered on 2 June. After this, a case of murder was registered in the case. Now Sonam has been accused of killing her husband.
