On September 9 for the post of Vice President, NDA candidate CP Radhakrishnan and Opposition candidate former Supreme Court Judge G. There will be a direct contest between Sudarshan Reddy. On Tuesday, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge announced Reddy’s candidature and said that the opposition camp has unanimously selected this. On the other hand, the candidature of CP Radhakrishnan has been approved by the BJP -led NDA.

Opposition parties have nominated former Judge Reddy as a candidate because he is from undivided Andhra Pradesh and wants to create a dilemma in the Telugu Desam Party regarding his candidature. But on Tuesday, N., son of TDP President Chandrababu Naidu, N.K. Lokesh wrote on social media that NDA is united. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh is still trying to make an agreement on Radhakrishnan’s name by talking to the leaders of anti -parties. But the opposition is seen in the mood to compete with the ruling party in the Vice Presidential elections.

If we look at the figures of the Vice Presidential election, CP Radhakrishnan is scheduled to become Vice President. The BJP and its fellow parties have a good majority. It will be difficult for the Congress and its fellow parties to oppose the CPR as their public life is clean and tidy. Second, he comes from OBC society, belongs to Tamil Nadu but his caste is also influenced in Andhra Pradesh. Opposition to the opposition will be symbolic and will not be aggressive due to CPR candidate.

There is also another aspect to make CPR a candidate for the post of Vice President. The BJP’s top leadership has realized that only its old people should give the position of responsibility. Experiment like Jagdeep Dhankhar and Satyapal Malik has failed. This feeling will also be seen in the upcoming political appointments.

No Election Commission threatens: necessary for democracy

Now let’s talk about the opposition against the Election Commission. The opposition has left a shigufa to bring impeachment motion against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. Earlier, the opposition was demanding that the Election Commissioners come in front of the media, respond to the questions of the opposition, on Sunday, Gyanesh Kumar held a press conference, responded to all the questions, now the opposition started talking about impeachment.

The opposition has two arguments behind bringing impeachment against the Chief Election Commissioner. The first is that the Election Commission is working as a BJP’s B team, and the second argument is that instead of listening to its complaints, the Election Commission is threatening the leaders of the opposition. Therefore, leaders of opposing parties are considering bringing impeachment motion to remove Gyanesh Kumar. However, the leaders of opposition parties are not speaking openly on whether the opposition will use this option or not.

The Chief Election Commissioner on the target of the opposition is because the Leader of the Opposition who is questioning the Election Commission on the issue of SIR (Special Intensive Revision), is constantly countering the Election Commission, answering it. Rahul Gandhi accused the Vote theft by giving the power point presentation on the Election Commission, the Election Commission responded on Sunday. Although Gyanesh Kumar did not name Rahul Gandhi, but he clearly said that the data which was alleged by showing the data is not of the Election Commission.

CEC said that those who accused of vote theft should either give an affidavit within seven days or apologize to the country, there is no option. Gyanesh Kumar said that if the affidavit is not received in 7 days, it means that all the allegations are baseless. On Monday, leaders of the opposing parties alleged in a joint press conference that the Election Commission was threatening opposition parties.

If you see the case related to the Election Commission in a sequential manner, then you will understand where the real mess is. Rahul Gandhi accused the Election Commission in the media. The Election Commission was called a thief publicly. First the Election Commission responded in off record briefing, then it was said that why the Election Commission does not come forward? Why don’t you answer? When CEC came in the media and answered, they are saying that they are speaking the language of BJP.

I think that despite being the head of a constitutional institution, Dnyanesh Kumar heard all the questions with great patience, answered openly, did not scold those who asked questions, did not call anyone an agent of Congress, spoke with great decency. As far as being threatened, Rahul Gandhi has been threatening the Election Commission for the last 7 days. If Gyanesh Kumar said that you have no option but to give affidavits or apologize, then which mountain broke?

Neither should anyone try to intimidate the Election Commission nor should the Election Commission scare any political party. If the leaders have the right to accuse, then how can the Election Commission be taken away from the Election Commission? (Rajat Sharma)
