The sword of arrest has been hung on Robert Vadra’s head. Six days later, the ED charge sheet against Vadra will be heard in the court. Seeing the danger, for the first time, Rahul Gandhi landed in defense of his brother -in -law. The Congress fielded the entire army of leaders to defend Robert Vadra.

After hearing the charge sheet of ED filed against Vadra, the Rouse Avenue Court of Delhi asked the court staff to file a report in five days. Now on July 24, the court will decide whether to take cognizance of the charge sheet filed against Vadra.

This case against Robert Vadra is of three and a half acres of land deal in Shikohpur village of Gurugram. The ED alleges that Robert Vadra gave wrong declaration in this deal and made a profit of crores of rupees.

This land deal was done when Bhupendra Singh Hooda was the Chief Minister in Haryana. In February 2008, Robert Vadra’s company Skylight Hospitality bought 3.53 acres of land from Omkareshwar Properties in Shikohpur, Gurugram for seven and a half crores. Twenty -four hours later, the next day, this property Skylight named Robert Vadra, while this process usually takes three months. After this, the land use of this land of Vadra was changed within two months and permission was allowed here.

Four years later, Robert Vadra paid seven and a half crores. Land purchased in DLF was sold for Rs 58 crore. The ED alleges that Vadra did not make any construction on this land and sold DLF. In four years, Vadra earned a profit of 700 percent.

An FIR was registered in this case by Haryana Police in September 2018, in which Bhupinder Singh Hooda was also accused. The ED started an investigation with the angle of money laundering based on this FIR. Robert Vadra was called for questioning three times and on July 16, Robert Vadra and his company confiscated 43 properties of more than 37 crores. On July 17, a charge sheet was filed in this case.

The ED alleges that when there was a Congress government in Haryana, Robert Vadra took advantage of the political reach and bought lands at a quarter-quarter prices in Manesar, Naurangpur, Lakhanula, Sihi and Shikohpur villages and sold them to the builders on rough profits. These deals took large -scale money laundering.

For the first time, Rahul Gandhi came out openly in defense of his brother -in -law. Rahul Gandhi wrote on X that his brother -in -law is being made a victim of political conspiracy for the last ten years, this charge sheet of ED is also part of the same conspiracy, the government is harassing Robert Vadra, Priyanka and his children, but he is standing with his sister and his family with full firm. The whole family will face this challenge with its self -respect.

The question is, where did the matter of money laundering come from in the case of land deal? The ED alleges that Robert Vadra invested on the purchase of two flats in London in Gurugram’s land deal.

According to ED, Arms dealer Sanjay Bhandari was made Front for this. The ED filed the first charge sheet against Sanjay Bhandari in 2020 and the second in 2023, with an allegation that Sanjay Bhandari bought two flats in Borden Street and Brianston Square in London but both these properties are actually from Robert Vadra. Robert Vadra also gave money to Sanjay Bhandari for his renovation.

In 2016, the Income Tax Department started the investigation against Sanjay Bhandari, after which he fled to London. On July 5 this month, a Delhi court declared Sanjay Bhandari as a fugitive economic criminal and on July 14, ED also questioned Robert Vadra for business relationship with Sanjay Bhandari. Now the government is trying to extradite Sanjay Bhandari.

The questions being raised in the defense of Robert are – how can the Sale and Purchase of Property be illegal? How can Criminal Offense be done in selling land? Was the License of Land Use License to Robert Vadra? Did Robert Vadra do any eviction of Stamp Duty?

Robert Vadra says that all these questions are not answered. Both Land and License are with DLF, so what is Robert Vadra’s crime in it?

But Robert Vadra did not say what is the connection between him and DLF? Why did DLF be so kind to Robert Vadra that Vadra made 700% profit by selling land in just four years? Is it not true that Robert Vadra fraudulently bought fake documents? Using its reach in the government, Land Use changed and DLF with great affection for 7 and a half crores land 58 crores. Bought in

Is it not true that two of London Flat Robert Vadra? Are you benami? If not, then why did Robert Vadra bear the cost of renovation of these flats? Now what to say is that this is a political revenge action? Now the investigation is completed. The matter is before the court. Rahul’s brother -in -law Robert Vadra is also hanging on the head of Crime and DLF, and the sword is hanging on both the heads.

Liquor scam: Is Bhupesh Baghel’s son guilty?

The second bad news for the Congress came from Chhattisgarh. 2000 crores The ED arrested Chaitanya Baghel, son of former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, on charges of liquor scam. The court sent Chaitanya Baghel to the ED custody for 5 days.

The ED alleges that when Bhupesh Baghel was the Chief Minister from 2018 to 2023, more than two thousand crore liquor scam was carried out in the state. The scam included Kawasi Lakhma, businessman Anwar Dhebar and former IAS officer Anil Tuteja, who was the Excise Minister in Bhupesh Baghel’s government. The ED alleges that the black earnings of the liquor scam were converted into White Money through Chaitanya Baghel’s real estate companies.

The ED alleges that during the government of Bhupesh Baghel, a thick commission was taken from the liquor making companies in lieu of the liquor that bought liquor. The ED is also accused that during that time raw liquor was sold from the government liquor shops of Chhattisgarh, which was not kept any record and all the money went into the hand of the liquor syndicate. Fixed market shares were given to them by taking bribe from liquor companies, so that they used to sell liquor at arbitrary price by making cartel. The ED alleges that bribe was also taken in exchange for entry in foreign liquor business.

The first FIR in this case was registered by the Anti Corruption Bureau of Chhattisgarh in which 70 people, including the former Excise Minister, were made accused. After this, ED entered this case. In this case, the ED has so far confiscated assets of Rs 205 crore and former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has also been questioned several times.

The liquor scam in Chhattisgarh was revealed in 2022. This became a big issue against Bhupesh Baghel in the last assembly election. At that time Bhupesh Baghel had said that all this drama was created to benefit the BJP in the election. Elections were held, the government changed, then for the last one and a half years, Bhupesh Baghel used to make a statement every other day what happened to the liquor scam? Why nothing has come out of it till now? If there was any evidence, why did there be no action?

Now action is taken, the son is arrested, then Bhupesh Baghel is saying, all this is a revenge action. Now the matter is in court and milk will be milk in the court and water of water.

Job in exchange for land: Did Lalu scam?

Lalu Yadav’s difficulties have increased in terms of jobs instead of land. Lalu had requested the Supreme Court to stay the trial of the case but the Supreme Court rejected it outright. The Supreme Court said that the hearing of this case is going on in the High Court, so at the moment it will not intervene in it, that is, the trial will continue.

However, on Lalu’s appeal, the Supreme Court directed the High Court to hear the case fast and settle the case soon. The Supreme Court also exempted Lalu Yadav from appearance in the trial court due to age and health.

Lalu may have been exempted from appearance in the court, but the case will be filed in the court and whenever there is a hearing, there will also be a discussion of land for jobs. Elections are on the head in Bihar, if this case of corruption will be discussed, then there will be loss to Tejashwi. Lalu Yadav wanted to avoid this political loss, but the Supreme Court turned his expectations. (Rajat Sharma)
