The threat of imposing 50 percent tariff on India by US President Donald Trump has now come into force. According to American time, America will start putting 25 percent of Indian goods on Indian goods from 9.15 am and Indian time on Wednesday morning. This order has come into force to Customs and Immigration of America.

On August 6, Trump announced a 25 percent additional tariff on India. Earlier, he imposed 25 percent tariff on India on 29 July. 66 percent of the goods of India going to America will be targeted. This will have the most impact on textile, jewelry, leather and machinery, carpet and furniture exports.

India exports more than $ 86 billion to the US every year. Out of this, America’s additional tariff will be implemented on about $ 60 billion goods. The US has excluded the export of about 30 percent of India i.e. $ 27 billion from the purview of this additional tariff. This includes medication and electronics in addition to steel, copper, aluminum.

Modi has made it clear on many occasions that India will not come under any pressure. The government will not make any compromise with the interests of the country. Modi said in gestures on Tuesday that there is only one solution to such problems, self -sufficiency. Modi said in Gujarat that when the trade war is in the world, global supply chains are shattering, India is becoming a ray of hope for the world.

Modi said that he has resolved to make India a big center in the world in manufacturing. That is why mission manufacturing has been started, big companies of the world come to India and make goods here and export it to other countries, ‘Made in India’ worldwide and recognize the importance of every Indian Swadeshi, this will be the best answer to the trade war.

Modi did not name the American tariff, but Agriculture Minister Shivraj Chauhan clearly said that America is the largest economy in the world and it is doing Dadagiri, trying to intimidate India, but it is a new India who is not afraid of anyone, does not bow down to anyone.

The whole world believes that Trump has done injustice to India in terms of tariffs. Trump also treated his other friend countries like an enemy. Everyone has seen this too. It is also true that most of the countries came under the pressure of Trump, accepted the deal of Trump. India refused to bow down to Trump.

Trump tried his best to intimidate but Modi neither bowed nor scared, the whole world also saw this. The third thing is that Trump tried to intimidate China too. Threatened to impose 200% tariff but China is not a friendly country of America, China also buys oil from Russia. But Trump made only noise about China, did not do anything. Because China is a big market for America. This is also an example of Trump’s dual policy, which the whole world understands. That is why I think India should be patient. The examination should work cleverly in the examination, which India has done so far.

Narendra Modi specializes in converting the crisis into opportunity. We should trust Modi. Trump’s crisis from Tariff will also turn into success. Maybe for two years, you have to face troubles. It may be that the pace with which India’s economy is moving ahead, there will be a slight decrease in the speed of the speed. But at this time India’s economy can withstand pressure.

The bad time of Covid is an example of this. India converted the crisis into an opportunity. Earlier, after the Pokaran nuclear test in 1998, the US imposed economic sanctions on India. At that time our economy was not very strong. Now India is the fourth largest economy in the world. The export to the US is only 2% of our GDP. That is why there is no need to worry.

India’s huge domestic market is the power of our economy. This is also a big market for America. If India suffers from Tariff, then America’s hand will be more market. In India, it is believed that ‘what happens is for good’. If America closes any way, the markets of other countries will open to India.

India, Russia and China have come close to Trump’s attitude. India, Russia and China are 38% of the total population of the world. That is, these three countries have 38% market of the world. Similarly, India, Russia and China have more than 30% markets of Textiles, Pharma, Engineering Goods, Steel and Marine Products. If these three countries come together, then America will come on a hurry. America’s Dadagiri will end.

What will happen when Modi, Putin and Xi Jinping are found?

Trump understands what will be the effect of India, China and Russia coming together. They sometimes talk about friendship with China, sometimes threatens. Trump has repeatedly said about India that he got a ceasefire in India, Pakistan by showing fear of trade and tariffs. Trump also claimed this on Tuesday but he added a new thing. For the first time, he had dropped 7 fighter jets by the time he intervened between India Pakistan’s war.

When, what to say to take the credit, there is no confidence. First he said that three fighter jets were killed in the war, then 6 fighter jets fell in India’s war and today he said that seven fighters jet fell. The process of Trump’s statements will continue even further, but our Chief of Defense Staff General Anil Chauhan said that during the operation vermilion, Pakistan was crushed in the manner and Pakistan should remember that the operation vermilion is not over, it is still going on.

General Chauhan said that India is in favor of peace, but sometimes war becomes necessary for peace. General Chauhan recited the poem of Dinkar and said, power is always respected, power is worshiped, that is why India always keeps preparing for war so that the enemy does not dictate.

On Tuesday, two new warships INS Udayagiri and INS Himgiri joined the Indian Navy fleet. These stealth frigates are designed in such a way that they cannot get caught in the enemy radar, infra red and sound sensors. In both the Warships, 75 percent indigenous goods are installed in the warships.

Modi’s reply to India’s self -reliance Trump in the field of defense. On Tuesday, a German daily Frankfurter Allegemeine Zeeitung wrote that Trump called Modi 4 times, tried to talk about Tariff, but Modi did not take the call.

It is difficult to say how much truth is there in this news, but it indicates that in countries like Germany, there is a discussion of Trump’s tariff and he also feels that Modi may stand in front of Trump.

What Narendra Modi is going to do, it is more visible than his words. Trump’s Tariff started today on 27th, Modi will reach Japan on August 28. Three days later he will be in China on 31 August. In China, Xi Jinping and Putin will be with Modi. It is enough to understand that in the next one week, the World Order can be changed and the whole world will look at it. (Rajat Sharma)
