Ramayana Research Council organized Sanskrit Bhushan Samman program
New Delhi: The Ramayana Research Council, which has been working continuously for the last two years to promote Sanskrit language in the country, organized the Sanskrit Bhushan Samman ceremony at the Constitution Club in New Delhi on Wednesday. In this program, those academics, MPs and MLAs of the country were honored for the upliftment of Sanskrit.
Those working for Sanskrit will get encouragement
Council trustee and retired IAS Dev Dutt Sharma said that the program will encourage those who are working for Sanskrit under the banner of the council.
He also informed that a news website called Ramayanvarta.com was also launched in Sanskrit language on this occasion. Those who gave the honor included saints like Mahamandaleshwar Swami Shiv Premanand Ji Maharaj, Mahamandaleshwar Swami Yatindranand Giri Ji Maharaj, Swami Yogi Satyam Ji Maharaj and Council member Mahamandaleshwar Swami Chitprakashhanand Giri Ji Maharaj.
“Sanskrit is an extraordinary language”
Sharma said that Sanskrit is an extraordinary language, it is the mother of all languages of the world. Therefore, he is also preparing to show this honor ceremony in 142 countries through internationally popular saint Swami Yogi Satyam Ji Maharaj.
He said that Bihar IIT has already assured to provide all possible help to take ‘Ramayana Talks’ in Sanskrit language to every Sanatani family through digital medium. They themselves will also contact 11 IITs of the country and connect them with this initiative and request them for technical help.
The booklet called ‘Devbhasha Sanskrit Learn’ will be published
Sharma said that the council has been publishing a fortnightly magazine in Sanskrit language for a long time. Apart from this, the Council is also going to publish a booklet called ‘Devbhasha Sanskrit Learn’ for training in Sanskrit language, which will make it easier to read and write Sanskrit.
Sharma further said that most of the families in India are Sanatani, but still the growing indifference towards Sanskrit, the original language of Sanatan, is a matter of concern and the council is working on it.
