Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta shifted to Aamir Khan’s old house Freida Forest, will pay so much fare every year
The industry’s favorite couples Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta have upgraded a glamorous in their personal and professional life. Couple has now shifted to a new magnificent property in the posh Bandra area of Mumbai, which is considered to be the hotspot of celebrities.
Ravi and Sargun have taken a full floor lease in Aamir Khan’s old house ‘Freida One’. The premium building is in Bandra West, where his neighbor cricket star KL Rahul, Bollywood veteran Jackie Shroff and businessman Yash Goenka are.
According to media reports, Ravi and Sargun have been leased agreement for 60 months i.e. five years. For this, he has given a security deposit of Rs 80 lakh. The first year rent is Rs 11 lakh per month, which will increase every year. The fare has been fixed at 11.55 lakhs for the second year, 12.12 lakhs for the third year, 12.73 lakhs fourth year and Rs 13.37 lakh per month.
Bandra West is the area where stars like Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Rekha also live, which makes it one of the most star-staded areas of Mumbai. Sargun Mehta and Ravi Dubey are one of the most successful couples in the industry. The couple, who started a career as TV actors, has now traveled a long way as a producer.
He has made many Punjabi films, TV shows and YouTube series under his banner Drimiata Drama. In 2023, he also stepped into the music world with Drimiata Music, which started with ‘Way Haniyan’, the song started trending on Instagram Reels and went beyond 100 million views on YouTube, even Miley became more viral than Cyrus’s ‘Flowers’.
Talking about the work front, Sargun Mehta recently appeared in the Punjabi industry’s highest grossing film Saunkan Saankane 2, which she and Ravi also produced together. At the same time, Ravi Dubey is currently preparing for Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, in which he will be seen with Ranbir Kapoor and Yash.
