Reliance Industries Limited: The integrated net profit of Reliance Industries, the country’s most valuable company, jumped 78.3 percent in the April-June quarter to Rs 26,994 crore so far. The company’s profit has increased due to the great performance of consumer businesses. Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) on Friday informed the stock market about the financial results of the first quarter of the current financial year, saying that its integrated net profit was Rs 26,994 crore in April-June 2025, or Rs 19.95 per share, while it was Rs 15,138 crore in the same period last year. The net profit of Reliance Industries was 39 percent higher on a quarterly basis. The company earned a net profit of Rs 19,407 crore in the January-March quarter.
Reliance’s consolidated revenue was recorded at Rs 273,252 crore ($ 31.9 billion) in the first quarter of FY 2025-26. It was 6.0% higher than the previous year on the basis of consistent performance of consumer businesses, Reliance’s consolidated Ebitda 35.7% (year after year) in the first quarter of FY 2025-26 to reach the highest level, Rs 58,024 crore ($ 6.8 billion) in which consumer businesses and other types of income have been contributed to the highest level, the highest level, the highest level so far. Jio Fiber has now become the world’s largest FDBA service, its number of customers has increased to 74 lakh mark. Jio has launched Geogames Cloud. Geogames cloud is a cloud gaming platform equipped with state -of -the -art technology. Whoever has a smartphone or laptop or live set top box, can play high and console quality games with them without any other hardware.
On subscribing the plan, more than 500 title and data are available, as well as voice and SMS. Jio’s ARPU has now increased to Rs 208.7. Customers have once again used fierce data which is the highest in the industry. Consumption of data per customer data was 37 GB/per month. In the first quarter of 2026, the total data traffic also increased by 24% (year after year) to 54.7 billion GB (year -to -year). Reliance Retail continued his brilliant performance.
In this quarter, the revenue increased by 11.3% (year after year) to Rs 84,171 crore. All segments performed well but at the forefront – Grosry and Fashion. The Ebitda of Reliance Retail has increased 12.7% (year after year) to Rs 6,381 crore. The Ebitda margin 20 basis point has increased to 8.7%. 388 new stores have been added to Reliance Retail. With this, the total number of total stores has increased to 19,592. These stores are spread over 7.76 million sqft. The number of registered customers of Reliance Retail has increased to 35 crore 80 lakhs.
The total number of purchases and transportation reached 38 crore 90 lakhs, which is 16.5% more year after year. Jio Mart has also recorded a sharp increase in which the number of daily orders has increased by 68% (QOQ) and 175% (year -to -year). In the quarter, the revenue of Reliance’s O2C segment was reduced by 1.5% (year after year) to Rs 154,804 crore ($ 18.1 billion). This was caused by the fall of crude prices and a planned shutdown. The Ebitda of Reliance’s O2C segment rose 10.8% to Rs 14,511 crore ($ 1.7 billion) in the first quarter.

Star Plus dominated the Hindi General Entertainment. Out of the top 10 shows, 6 are on Star Plus.
